Shipping Information

AJ orders are processed Monday through to Friday excluding Public Holidays. 

You will receive tracking information to your email address once you order has been processed.

 

Delivery Information

Please keep in mind shipping time may vary according to the Courier company and Australia Post process times.

Shipping times may also be impacted when living in regional or rural areas.  

Please note processing delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather events, custom inspections, or courier transit errors. These delays are not within our control.

  

International Orders & Fees

Any custom fees, taxes or additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any orders that are declined by the customer due to customs payments will not be subject to a refund.
