We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
What is AfterPay?
Shop now and pay for your Order in four (4) payments, every two (2) weeks. You'll pay your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder every fortnight.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contact.antoinejames@gmail.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
When will my Order be shipped?
AJ orders are processed Monday through to Friday excluding Public Holidays. You will receive tracking information to your email address once you order has been processed. Pending payment authorization and verification.
Do you ship International?
Yes, we do offer shipping worldwide.
Can I track my Order?
Yes, once your order has been collected, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
